How to Burn a Turkey

Mt. Teneriffe Turkey Burner – traditionally made the day after Thanksgiving.

Ingredients:

  • Mt. Teneriffe
  • Snow
  • Rain
  • Wind
  • Wet leaves
  • Mud
  • 7 hikers

Cover top of mountain with snow, moisten with rain continuously and add wind liberally at intervals. Cook approximately 3900 ft up and down for four hours, pausing only for a brief summit shot. When turkey is completely scorched, tumble several hikers over mud and wet leaves and serve cold.
